Since 1982, we have supported the trucking industry in the communities we serve. We provide DMV/DOT physical exams, and drug and alcohol testing services—as well as sports physicals, pre-employment drug testing, and chiropractic treatments for work-related and personal injuries. In addition, we are a drug-collection site for drivers on the road who are members of a distant consortium.

Our lab is SAMHSA-certified for proper processing. Our facilities are TeamCME-trained and accredited for drug testing, breath alcohol testing (BAT), and CDL physicals.

No appointment is necessary and walk-ins are welcome. You can choose to complete all necessary paperwork before you arrive and bring it with you, or you can complete it in our office.

Our friendly, professional staff is available:
- Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*Exams are only performed Monday through Thursday.
Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa or cash for payment options. We do not process insurance claims but we will be happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company.
